Bayou Weight Bench and Two 50 lb Chrome Plated Dumbbell Set | Compact, Versatile & Affordable
This combo package from Bayou Fitness includes two adjustable chrome 50 lb dumbbells and a multi-purpose custom weight bench.
The 5-in-1 dumbbells use a knob adjustment mechanism to quickly select between 10 and 50 lbs in 10 lb increments.
The bench is easy to assemble, padded for comfort, very solid and includes a tray attachment to store the dumbbells when not in use. It includes seven incline adjustments from flat to a 90 degree military position. The preacher curl setting can be adjusted to six different angles. Weight capacity is 300 lbs.
Bayou Fitness touts this as a low-priced alternative to expensive infomercial adjustable dumbbells. It is a good starter set that offers convenience and efficiency for about the price of Bowflex or PowerBlock dumbbells alone.
