I purchased the Body-Solid Deluxe and it works awesome. it is a great all in one tool. I can work my back, abs, arms, chest in one workout. I highly recommend it. It is great for working you core also.
I also purchased the Body-Solid Deluxe for my home gym. My local gym that I work out at has one, and I use it all the time and love it so I decided to get one for my home. When you don’t have a lot of space in your home this piece of equipment is great because it does not take up a lot of space and it can be used to do a bunch of different exercises, not just your abs. So if you want to start you own gym in your house and you don’t have a lot of space I highly recommend the Body-Solid Deluxe.
