However, unlike most computer enhanced exercise machines there are no preprogrammed workouts. A Polar heart rate monitor receiver is included.
The durable aircraft-grade aluminum and steel frame are complimented by quiet, smooth operation and a perfectly positioned built in fan to keep you cool. The sturdy build and 44 inches of travel from the pedals accommodate even the tallest users and weights of up to 250 pounds. The machine folds up easily when not in use and stores vertically in only 16″ x 24″ of space.
