Powertap calibrated, the fluid trainer automatically adjusts resistance as you change speed. The experience simulates riding on the open road and provides a very good workout.

One drawback to a fluid trainer is that resistance fluid may begin to leak over time. Kurt Kinetic claims that this model is leak proof.
