While P90X has redefined what can be accomplished by a home exercise system, Beachbody continues to produce high quality fitness programs, with varied levels of acclaim.  P90X is a 90 day program (hence the name), while the INSANITY DVD Workout aims to put you in the best shape of your life in just 60 days.     well i was thinkin bout trying this but im afaid that its going to be like all my other dvds collecting dust .. wish sean could come see me or me see him an him make me do it an push me to do it . I really so badley want to lose bout 45lbs i had twins 5yrs ago an i did good loseing some of it but over the yrs things happen an lots of stress with 4kids so its not easy inless i have a friend to do it with or someone to push me but cant afford a trainer like the stars do . if anyone else has thoughts or problems like me an have made urself do this program an it really worked for u let me kno ..

    I completed INSANITY! When I started I simply couldnt get through it … but I continued to push myself and now I can do about 70-80 percent of each workout… I “do my best and forget the rest!”. My body is completely changed — literally. I can tell you that if you do it you will totally change! My wife is amazed at my body change. Now, here is the kicker, Im 54 years old and Im keeping up with the 20 year olds on the DVDs; especially that Tonya that just seems to never stop. I’ve decided that for January 2011, I will continue INSANITY for another month. However, I then plan to work muscle growth via CHAlean Extreme.
    I didnt take a pic before to compare with after, but I sure would like one of those INSANITY shirts… I certainly deserve it … ughhhh because I did “DIG DEEPER!”

    I just finished week 4 and I’m seeing a difference in my body. I feel better than I have felt in a long time and my health improved after 2 weeks. After 2 weeks my LDL cholesterol dropped by 20 points and my good cholesterol increased by 8. Insanity really works. You should try it but only if you can make yourself do it.

    This exercise program is wonderful. Now I’m in my 3rd week, I am able to recognize the changes in body. I’m really with this program and highly recommend this.

  7. One of the best things about bodybuilding is that, for a certain amount of time, doing nothing is required. Weight training tears your muscles down, and you have to give them time to repair themselves and become stronger. Thanks.

  8. Man anyone asking about this workout has to try it. It is a life changer that is for sure. The best workout I have every done. Well workouts…. the max workout is gonna have you hurting but it is all worth it in the end.
