The HBF-514C utilizes six advanced sensors, 2 for your hands and 4 for your feet. It stores personalized information for up to four people with a 90 day history plus a guest mode.
There’s some debate about the true accuracy of the measurements, especially for those with large muscle mass. The user manual states that body fat percentage results can be false for bodybuilders.
The package comes with manual, registration card, worksheet for logging results and 4 AA baterries.
