This machine was designed to shorten the pilates learning curve and help bring this popular approach to fitness out of the gym and into the living room.
The Pilates Power Gym consists of a large padded board that glides along a track, with adjustable height for various exercises and difficulty levels. A choice of four variable resistance cords are available to help firm, tone and define your calves, thighs, hips, abs, shoulders, arms and back.
An optional push-up bar attachment is also available.. The machine comes fully assembled and the mounted wheels make it easy to move between rooms.
The weight capacity on the sturdy carbon steel frame is 300 lbs, but this pilates machine is not ideal for tall users. The compact design make it most effective for heights of 5’ 10” and under.
Added comforts and benefits include padded handles, adjustable foot straps and a special pilates workout DVD.
