This is a classically styled bench that does exactly what it’s intended to do. It incorporates the Powertec patented linkage seat system and adjusts to every possible angle from decline all the way to a shoulder press position. It easily converts to an Olympic bench and the steel bar positioned across the bottom of the frame provides a very secure and sturdy feeling while lying on the bench.

The Powertec Fitness P-ONB allows you to safely and effectively perform bench presses, shoulder presses leg extensions and preacher curls. The low to ground profile gives a firm footing and feel when performing heavy presses.

This bench can handle up to 600 pounds of weight and includes a folding bracket system for easy storage. Measures 60 x 48 x 48 inches (W x H x D). Includes lifetime warranty.
