This is a radical program, in the best sense of the word. It centers around the concept of “MAX Interval Training” which alters traditional interval training by incorporating long bursts of maximum-intensity exercises with short periods of rest, rather than the reverse. Each routine is a non-stop challenge of alternating between aerobic and anaerobic intervals performed at or near your maximum level of output, pushing past previous barriers.
