The Kaiser M3 Indoor Cycle is a fitness club quality spinning bike available for purchase by consumers. This model is used at LA Fitness, a nationwide network of premium sports clubs. It’s the highest quality spinning bike we’ve reviewed.

This is the third generation of the award-winning M3 model. This indoor cycle is extraordinarily quiet and smooth while producing the feeling of biking outdoors.

Unlike many spinning bikes the M3 includes a computer system that tracks essentials like time, distance, speed and heart rate.

Among the many premium features on the M3 are adjustable Shimano Combo Pedals, a 4-way adjustable seat, a smooth resistance shifter and an anti-slip belt with magnetic resistance.

The adjustable seat and handlebars allow for an infinite number of positions, as opposed to a spring-loaded pin design that locks into pre-drilled holes in the frame.

While the bike design is complex, assembly is easy and takes about 30-45 minutes.

The only drawback to this model is that it does not include a clutch that allows free-wheeling, but this will not be an issue for most users.

The M3 is expensive but makes a good investment for someone who is serious about indoor cycling.

The X series Momentum features a hefty 44 lb flywheel and a quiet, low maintenance belt drive. The ergonomic seat is anatomically engineered, adjustable both vertically and horizontally and includes a mid-section cut-away for easy mounting.

The spinning system incorporates clincher resistance and the flywheel can be halted using the quick stop knob.

The cycle pedals are high performance, weighted and include comfortable and secure foot straps. The pro style handle bar is also adjustable both horizontally and vertically.
