TurboFire (HIIT) With Chalene Johnson from Beachbody Released Today

TurboFire with Chalene Johnson, featuring High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), will finally be available to the public later this month.

High Intensity Interval Training will have you working out as hard as possible for brief bursts, followed by a break of equal duration. This differs from Shaun T.s INSANITY "Max Interval Training" in that HIIT is shorter and more intense.

Repeating this process of extreme intervals at full effort will ignite the metabolism and create the "AfterBurn Effect" which burns fat at an accelerated rate for up to 24 to 48 hours after a workout.

TurboFire will include 12 workouts, some as short as 10 minutes, set to high-energy music in a class setting.

Chalene Johnson is best known for her ChaLEAN Extreme and Turbo Jam workout programs from Beachbody.
